We will continue to support our local Meals on Wheels program by donating 5% of all online purchases to help feed those in need.
As a token of our appreciation for your support, we will include a complimentary jewellery cleaning and polishing cloth with your next purchase online.
The health and safety of customers and staff is a top priority. In keeping with COVID-19 health policies, the store will allow for physical distancing and regularly-used surfaces will be cleaned.
ENTERING THE STORE
- If you are wearing a mask when entering, you may be asked to remove it temporarily for security and identity purposes.
- Please sanitize your hands.
- Please remember to maintain physical distancing of at least 2m (6 ft).
- You will be asked to sanitize your hands again prior to handling any product or working with our sales and customer service personnel.
- If you are heading to our Service Department, please follow the directional arrows.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding the steps we are taking to keep our team and guests safe during this difficult time, please ask to speak to a store manager.

STAY SAFE - STAY HOME - HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD
We have designated Entry and Exit Doors.
We have also installed permanent protective shields at our POS stations and have portable shields for viewing product.
Our staff will be required to wear masks while on the sales floor and masks and gloves when handling customers product (when not 6ft distancing our behind a protective shield).
We will be sanitizing and cleaning POS stations between every customer.
For On-line purchased we now have CURB SIDE Pick up our Delivery options.
OUR TEAM- PROTECTION
Our staff will be COVID-19 screened and temperature checked at the beginning of every shift.
Our staff will be expected to wash hands between customers.

I want to give you my personal thanks for supporting Independent Jewellers. Your choice to support us by shopping locally is very much appreciated. You may not know this, but Independent Jewellers is a locally owned Edmonton business. As the founder of the business, I consider myself fortunate to have been a part of the strong and vibrant Edmonton community for more than 40 years. Helping our guests find the perfect gift to create that special memory is what my team has always done best. When this pandemic made it necessary for me to close my store, I was very concerned for the health and wellbeing of my 38 dedicated and loyal team members. Their health and safety, along with the health and safety of our guests was, and still is, my number one priority.
