Yes, all items available online are also available in-store to see and purchase in person.

I'm giving this as a gift. What are my options as I place my order?

For that extra personal touch, we offer a complimentary gift wrapping, and a personalized 'Especially for you' note card. We also pack your jewellery in branded jewellery box - ideal for gifting or personal storage. You may also request to purchase a gift voucher.

 How do I know my purchase is confirmed?

After you complete your purchase using our Checkout process, an e-mailed Order Confirmation will be sent to you shortly. After we process your order you will receive another confirmation with a shipping tracking number. 

Can I modify an order once placed? 

We will do our best to accommodate any requests up until the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

What do I do if there is a problem with the item I purchased online?

For online orders is there a restocking fee for returns?

Should I buy jewellery online?

Do you buy jewellery?

No, however we offer lifetime trade-up on eligible items purchased through our store. We also offer custom design services allowing you to use your old gold and gemstones to create new pieces.

Can your staff cut off a ring?

Our goldsmiths can cut off most rings. We use a special tool that protects the finger. After the cut, we can repair and resize your gold ring to the desired finger size or create a new piece of jewellery using your gold and gemstones. We also can removed Tungsten and Ceramic rings using a specialized vice grip tool.
