Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy talking to people, solving problems and working as part of a great team?

We currently have a role available in our fabulous stand-alone store in the west end. Our local family business has been helping customers in the Edmonton area with all their jewellery-related needs for the past 45 years. We pride ourselves on our ability to successfully complete jewellery repairs and alterations in-house, so our customers know their precious items are never out of our sight.

We currently have a vacancy within our Service Centre for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, if you think you have the right attitude and are keen to learn, let’s talk.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering a positive, personal, professional experience to all customers
  • Sharing product information and guidance on jewellery repairs
  • Managing customer queries and concerns to deliver positive results
  • Accurately processing sales transactions and repair requirements
  • Assisting with jewellery fitting and adjustments
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the company to meet customer needs
  • Adhering to all company policies

What do we require?

  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Previous retail experience is an asset but not required
